We have a 85 inch Sony and have never felt comfortable putting it on the wall due to the weight. However, this bracket has several skews point to take the weight and was very easy to put up! Great, good quality product.

Order via website was a smooth process. All info for purchasing the correct bracket size is there. The assembly instructions were ok although it would be good if it mentions the size of screws to use on each occasion. We tried and assessed a couple of times before selecting the correct ones.

Bracket is sturdy, fits the TV perfectly and has multiple wall-fixing points for heavier units. It was straightforward to assemble, fit and adjust.

Excellent service. The order was corrected to a better bracket at no cost. Also came with a varierty of screws and washers to fit all eventualities. I would advise for people in general to buy the tv first and check the back of it, where the satelite cable is changes whether you need an X style.

Great service. Bracket arrived very promptly and even had a call from them to clarify which screws I needed for my specific TV model. Very nice proactive touch as more often than not you would get the wrong screws then have to chase the right ones. Thank you. Would definitely recommend this company.

Exremely sturdy and well made - expensive though!

Instructions need more detail, otherwise will end up with the TV not being horizontal. I used a spirit level as they instructed, to attach the wall plate but do not do this as once the bracket is attached to the TV, it will not be horizontal; That’s due to a slight twist somewhere between the wall plate and the other end of the arm, being the bracket which attaches to the TV. Also, they tell you to fit the wall plate with the other end not attached to the TV, which makes sense given how heavy TVs are. I fitted the wall plate precisely in the middle of our chimney breast; however, once the other end -The bracket was attached the TV and the arm collapsed, the tv was not in the centre of the chimney breast. An allowance needs to be made of a good couple of inches. Once I finished the job, I realised I would’ve been better off ignoring the instructions and following common sense. Unfortunately, there are no clues to these issues from the instructions which consist of 4 photographs. Please incorporate these couple of issues in instructions to save others the hassle. Myself, I will have to remove everything and start again, making sure I make allowances as described above. that aside, it does seem to be a good product and I feel sure that it will stand the test of time.

Tried other products elsewhere and just didn't fit (odd Vesa sizing 100 x 200). Very pleased and satisfied with Mike at Intec who got back to me promptly - even double-checked the model number of my TV to be absolutely sure he was providing the correct product. Excellent customer service not often seen elsewhere, if at all these days! Thank you.
