Where's my stuff
Theres nothing more frustrating than waiting for stuff to arrive and then getting to the end of the day without receiving it! We've all been there and we do our very best to help if things go wrong and more importantly to ensure they don't go wrong in the first place.
Every order is sent out very promptly and TV brackets, stands and most other orders always go by next day courier. Small items may go by Royal Mail First Class recorded - again always tracked
We will email you the courier and tracking details so you can follow progress on-line (please also check your spam and junk folders if you cannot see the email). At our end we monitor the delivery progression so we usually spot a problem before the customer does and take action to resolve. We have direct access to an extensive courier support team and although we get a tiny amount of delays and problems when they happen we direct resource to resolve straight away.
