Delivery Information

You will see the various delivery options at the checkout stage depending on your postcode, the item weight and its size. 

Please note our cut-off time of 2pm for next working day deliveries.

 

Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) – Free

We offer free delivery by tracked courier on all orders to the UK mainland (excluding certain Scottish Highland postcodes). Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands addresses will incur a small surcharge as shown at the checkout.

Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days depending on your postcode.

 

Next Working Day Delivery - £2.99 – *order before 2pm

You can choose to have your order sent on a next working day tracked courier service by selecting this option at the checkout.  This is available for the majority of UK mainland postcodes but excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

 

Premium Next Working Day Delivery with 1 hour delivery slot - £4.99 – *order before 2pm

You can also choose to have your order sent by tracked premium DPD courier for next working day delivery by selecting this option at the checkout. This gives you text notifications of delivery status, updates and a 1 hour delivery window.  This is available for most UK mainland postcodes but excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and requires you to provide a mobile contact number with your order to receive texts.

 

 Dispatch and delivery of orders

*Orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Orders received Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

 

Deliveries outside of the UK

We also deliver to all of Europe and Worldwide at competitive rates and prices are displayed at the checkout based on country and item selected.

 

General delivery information

We only use trusted delivery companies that track orders and ensure goods are signed for. That way you can be sure your goods are in safe hands and will be speedily delivered.

 

We will email your tracking number the next working day so you can check the status of the delivery.

 

Please note that ALL items require a signature. 

 

While we will always “go the extra mile” to help, we cannot be held in any way responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order. We cannot offer compensation if a delivery has not arrived on time outside of refunding any additional delivery charges paid. Additionally, we cannot offer compensation should anyone take time off work or incur other costs in order to receive the item.
