Are there any TVs or screens that won’t fit?

Just check in the INFO box alongside each bracket. This gives the minimum and maximum sizes that the particular bracket will fit

How do I know my bracket will fit?

All our brackets come ready to fit the established industry standard VESA fitting system. Additionally all our TV Wall brackets and mounts have adjustable fittings so you can be sure they’ll fit.

How do I know my credit card details are safe?

We only use trusted payment partners backed by major institutions such as Barclays or Paypal.

My TV is heavy, are your mounts safe to use?

Yes all brackets and mounts carry clear weight specifications which cover LCD and Plasma screens.

Once I’ve placed my order, how long does it take?

We aim to process all orders through our warehouse the same day or depending on the time received the following day. Once processed, orders will be despatched to you on a trackable courier delivery. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will be despatched on Mondays to avoid being left in the couriers depot over the weekend.

What fittings and fixings will I need?

Each bracket or mount comes complete with a wide range of fittings and fixings free of charge.

What if I want to double check anything before placing my order?

Simply email us. We work late 7 days a week and can usually answer any queries quickly

What if want to have the goods delivered to a different address?

Easy, when you go to the checkout screen you will have the opportunity to specify a different delivery address.
