DELIVERY

We include free delivery using professional courier delivery services to addresses in the UK mainland with our orders. Deliveries to offshore Scottish Islands, I.O.M and Channel Islands will incure an additional charge which is shown at the checkout stage. For deliveries to ROI and Europe please email us for a quote.

All orders received Sunday to Thursday inclusive will be despatched the next day at very latest. Orders received after lunchtime Friday or Saturday will be sent out on couriers on the Monday so we don't leave your valuable orders sitting in a depot over the weekend when the couriers aren't working

We only use trusted delivery companies that track orders and ensure goods are signed for. That way you the customer can be sure your goods are in safe hands and will be speedily delivered.

Please note that ALL items require a signature. We cannot just leave your item on the doorstep or behind the neighbours shed!

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your item or if you wish to have your item delivered to a different address, please specify this during the checkout process. If the courier is unable to get a signature they will leave a card with a telephone contact number. You will then need to rearrange delivery directly with them at a suitable time or arrange to collect the item from their depot.

If the courier is not contacted by you and item successfully redelivered or collected by you, it will be sent back to our warehouse. To then redeliver an additional delivery charge of £10.00 will apply to a UK mainland address (other destinations to be confirmed at time).

Intecbrackets will alway try to assist with any delivery query and can supply tracking numbers if requested - if there is a problem please email us soonest. However we cannot be held in any way responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order. We can not offer compensation in any circumstances if a delivery has not arrived on time; additionally we can't offer compensation should anyone take time off work or incur other costs in order to receive the item.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you change your mind or just don't want the bracket, we offer a simple straightforward no-quibble 28 day money back guarantee. Just follow the easy to follow steps below:

1.Email us at info@intecbrackets.co.uk confirming your name, address, product involved and reason for return.

2.Return the item to us in good saleable and undamaged condition (including packaging) without any parts damaged or missing. Please note you will need to pay your own postage and we strongly recommend using recorded delivery.

3.On receipt and providing the item is as described above we will refund your full cost using the original method of payment less the cost of shipping which is £10 on brackets over £30 and £7 on all other ones.

Faulty Goods:

All our products cover a full 12 month guarantee. In the unlikely event the goods are faulty please follow the steps below:

1.Email us at info@intecbrackets.co.uk confirming your name, address, product involved and and the fault.

2.If the product needs to be returned to us we will organise collection by our nominated carrier.

3.In the event the item can not be repaired or we can not supply a suitable replacement a refund may be made using the original method of purchase.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

Your safety and security is as important to us as it is to you. We only ever use payment providers who are recognised throughout the industry as offering high quality security systems. All payment information is securely encrypted using state of the art SSL encryption technology.

Payments for all types of credit and debit cards are processed by Barclays Merchant Services, or by Paypal if you prefer.

PRIVACY

We take good care to ensure that your personal data and information is not unlawfully processed. Unlike some high profile company’s and organisations of late, we take the security of your personal information seriously.

We use proper working practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information as far as is possible for us to do. However, we understand that despite taking best care no information transferred over the Internet or wireless network can ever be guaranteed to be 100% completely secure.

Our card payment system is via Barclays Merchant Services. Your credit card details are entered in encrypted form on their secure Gateway. We do not ever hold or store your credit card details. The Barclays Merchant Services Gateway uses 128Bit encryption to process your payments with our Barclays Bank merchant account.

Should you choose to use Paypal, the security of this transaction uses Paypals own security features and we at intecbrackets.co.uk are not presented with your individual cards details.

During our registration process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we would post all changes here so you are always aware of it. We do not disclose your information to any other party apart from the payment providers as part of the payment process.
