Returns and refunds

If you change your mind or just don't want the bracket, we offer a simple straightforward no-quibble 28 day money back guarantee. Just follow the easy to follow steps below:

1.Email us at info@intecbrackets.co.uk confirming your name, address, product involved and reason for return.

2.Return the item to us in good saleable and undamaged condition (including packaging) without any parts damaged or missing. Please note you will need to pay your own postage and we strongly recommend using recorded delivery.

3.On receipt and providing the item is as described above we will refund your full cost using the original method of payment less the cost of shipping which is £10 on brackets over £30 and £7 on all other ones.

Faulty Goods:

All our products cover a full 12 month guarantee. In the unlikely event the goods are faulty please follow the steps below:

1.Email us at info@intecbrackets.co.uk confirming your name, address, product involved and and the fault.

2.If the product needs to be returned to us we will organise collection by our nominated carrier.

3.In the event the item can not be repaired or we can not supply a suitable replacement a refund may be made using the original method of purchase.
