Delivery Information

We include free next day delivery using professional courier services to UK mainland addresses (excluding some Scottish Highlands postcode areas) with our orders.   Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, some Scottish Highlands, I.o.M., I.o.W., Scilly Isles and Channel Islands will incur a small additional charge and generally take 2-3 working days depending on location.  We also deliver to all of Europe and Worldwide at competitive rates and prices are displayed at the checkout based on country selected.

All orders received by 14.00 Monday to Friday are shipped same day for next working day delivery.  Orders received after 14.00 Monday to Friday will be sent out the next working day and all orders received Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched Monday.  On public holidays, orders will be dispatched the next working day.

We only use trusted delivery companies that track orders and ensure goods are signed for. That way you the customer can be sure your goods are in safe hands and will be speedily delivered.

We will email you a tracking number the same day as the item is dispatched  so you can keep track of the delivery.  Please note that ALL items require a signature. We cannot just leave your item on the doorstep or behind the neighbours shed!

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your item or if you wish to have your item delivered to a different address, please specify this during the checkout process.

If the courier is unable to get a signature they will leave a card with a telephone contact number. You will then need to rearrange delivery directly with them at a suitable time or arrange to collect the item from their depot

If the courier is not contacted by you and the item successfully redelivered or collected by you, it will be sent back to our warehouse after 7 days. To then redeliver an additional delivery charge of £10.00 will apply.


We are on hand 7 days a week to help with any query  - if there’s a problem please email us or call within 48 hours of the due delivery date so we can quickly resolve any delivery query.  However,while we will always “go the extra mile” to help, we cannot be held in any way responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order. We can not offer compensation if a delivery has not arrived on time; additionally we can't offer compensation should anyone take time off work or incur other costs in order to receive the item.
